Shipping Policy

 

At Modé, we are committed to delivering your pieces with care, efficiency, and reliability. Every order is handled with love to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
Delivery times typically range between 10–14 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Modé is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, unexpected courier delays may occur. Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier service.

Return & Exchange Policy

At MODÉ, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our collections and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

Exchanges (Damaged or Faulty Items Only)

We will gladly offer an exchange if an item arrives damaged or faulty.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof of damage (clear photos and/or video) must be provided.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability).

If the original item is out of stock, we may offer:

  • An exchange for another item of equal value, or

  • Store credit.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns due to sizing issues, change of mind, or personal preference.

  • Items that show signs of wear, perfume, makeup stains, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
